Client Booking Terms & Conditions
CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS - CHEF CONSULTING SERVICES
1. Booking & Enquiries: All chef placements and consulting engagements must be processed through the Chef Consulting Services desk.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking dates.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than sixty days (60) prior to event dates are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations made less than thirty(30)days or less are subject to one hundred (100%) fee
4. All rates quoted exclude ingredient cost, subject to menu requests.
4. Any ingredient fees paid, will be refunded should booking be cancelled up to seven [7] days in advance
5. Dietary Requirements: Client must inform the consulting desk of any food allergies and/or preferences at least seven(7)days prior to the event.
