Chef Partner Terms & Conditions
CHEF PARTNER TERMS & CONDITIONS - CHEF CONSULTING SERVICES
1. Accreditation & Professional Conduct: Chefs agree to maintain high hygiene standards, professional attire, and punctuality at all client events.
2. Exclusive Representation: Chefs registered on CCS agree that all client inquiries generated through the platform are managed by Chef Consulting Services.
3. Food Safety & Licensing: Registered chefs warrant that they possess valid culinary credentials and food handling certifications where applicable.
4. Portfolio Ownership: Chefs affirm that all 5 uploaded food photos are genuine representations of their own culinary work.
Chefs that are requested to do work for clients, not included in the original job description, is assessed and invoiced by Chef Consulting Services.
5. Ingredients will be paid for by CCS, and transferred to the Chef 3 days before commencement of the job. All receipts must be kept and submitted at the end of the job. Any underspent budget will be deducted from the payment due to Chef. Any overspend needs to be approved before purchasing more items.
6. The Chef will be paid the agreed fee within three(3) days of completion of job.
7. Chefs are to provide their own reliable transport.
