▪ I have a degree in food science and nutrition and I’ve worked as a food stylist/assistant at various food magazines, food content producer for television shows and private cheffing over the span of 8-15 years.
▪ I absolutely love doing harvest table/family style dining experiences because I love to provide a variety to groups of people and creating beautiful spreads to marvel at and enjoy. I also love sharing a little of my own upbringing with guests, with my heritage that is rooted in Cape Malay cooking and a little taste of South African cuisine.
